Originating in Switzerland as a hunter's sausage due to its portability and stable shelf life (no refrigeration needed), this sausage makes an excellent take along snack for long hikes, fishing, hunting or boating trips. It also makes a great compliment to any charcuterie board!

Landjager is a family favorite, and usually found at the Germany butcher. However, Josef’s Landjager is far superior to any others we have found locally. We are enjoying these immensely.

Excellent Landjáger, a little shorter and fater than the ones in Switzerland but the flavor is wonderful.
