Making sausages and cured meats with pride and passion is important to us, and your purchase is important to you! That’s why we take special care in ensuring each and every order is handled with care so it can be delivered to you with no compromise in quality.

We make every effort to fill orders as quickly as possible. Because we make most of our products to order, please give us a week for us to ship it to you (except for during our holiday break schedule, which you can find here).

We don’t want your order stuck on a delivery truck all weekend. That’s why we only ship Monday or Tuesday to ensure the product you purchase is as fresh and delicious when it arrives at your door as it was when it left ours.

All temperature sensitive products are shipped using frozen gel packs and insulated shipping boxes to ensure the product remains in optimal condition during transit.

To make shipping as easy and reliable as possible, we offer two FedEx shipping options – 2 Day Air, and zip code dependent ground shipping. If you are ordering temperature sensitive product and your delivery address falls outside of our 2 day ground shipping zone, this shipping method will be automatically excluded as an option at checkout.

If you are ordering for more than one shipping address, please treat each address as it’s own order and place your orders accordingly.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

There may be occasions where a particular product is no longer available or not in stock at the time of your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to find out how to proceed with your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
