Making sausages and cured meats with pride and passion is important to us, and your purchase is important to you! That’s why we take special care in ensuring each and every order is handled with care so it can be delivered to you with no compromise in quality.

We make every effort to fill orders as quickly as possible. Because we make most of our products to order, please allow up to 7 calendar days for preparation and dispatch of your order (except for during our holiday break schedule, which you can find here). After dispatch, please allow 2 business days for carrier transit. Transit time is additional to the preparation period.

We don’t want your order stuck on a delivery truck all weekend. That’s why we only ship Monday or Tuesday to ensure the product you purchase is as fresh and delicious when it arrives at your door as it was when it left ours.

All temperature sensitive products are shipped using frozen gel packs and insulated shipping boxes to ensure the product remains in optimal condition during transit.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $29.95 per order to all 50 U.S. states. All shipped orders have an additional $5.95 handling fee, bringing shipping and handling to $35.90 per order. Pickup orders are exempt from shipping and handling fees. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

If you are ordering for more than one shipping address, please treat each address as it’s own order and place your orders accordingly.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

There may be occasions where a particular product is no longer available or not in stock at the time of your order. If this is the case, we will contact you to find out how to proceed with your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
