A classic Western European salami made with pork, beef and seasoned with rum and a traditional mix of seasonings. Formally known as Thüringer, this salami has a bright, yet remarkably creamy texture that is both surprising and pleasing on the palette.  Smoked over natural hardwoods and painstakingly slow cured for months to give it a unique and distinctive taste you will want again and again.

Each 3 oz. package contains approximately 20 thinly sliced pieces packaged by hand to ensure maximum flavor and presentation.

    A delicious somewhat hard sausage that I tried very thinly sliced on sourdough bread — no condiment needed! While I would still prefer the larger softer form of domestic Thuringer to which I am accustomed, This dark rum salami is really super — sehr überlegene Qualität — just the treat for a holiday or a special event.
