As much as I hate to admit, this Swiss style brat is the Filet Mignon of Bratwurst. Best brat I’ve ever had! Thank you to Josef, I will be a consistent order.

I must state that I like Bavarian weisswurst better than the Swiss version taste. This is a finely ground sausage and the veal adds to the flavor. A good version of the Swiss weisswurst.
