This Swiss family loved the Bratwurst! Far better than the German Bratwurst we get at a local German butcher. This was our first order with Josef’s, but won’t be our last!

There are many local variations on the taste of bratwurst in Europe. This is a finely ground product, not like many so called bratwurst in the US. Flavor is good, but I limited it to four stars as I prefer some of the bratwurst tastes that are made in Europe. This is a personal taste choice. In the US, can’t beat this.

Mmmmm…..brats. Great distinct flavor that I cannot find with other local favorites. Smoked or grilled, these always seem to vanish at my cookouts!
