Egg & Canadian Bacon Pastry Cups

A great brunch treat!


1 sheet puff pastry

9 beaten eggs

1/2 lb Josef’s Canadian Bacon (cubed)

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp garlic salt (adjust to taste) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Freshly chopped chive (optional)


Defrost pastry, roll lightly and cut into 6 pieces.

Lightly grease jumbo muffin tin and line with pastry pieces.

mix ingredients together (except chive) and ladle equally into the pastry pieces.

Bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 30 mins, or until eggs are set but still soft.

Let stand for 5-10 mins before serving. Sprinkle chives on top for flavor and color if desired.
