Black Forest Ham Pizza

Bring your pizza to a new level of yummy with our award winning ham!


1 lb. sliced – Josef’s Black Forest Ham

2 potatoes

1 bundle chives

1 onion

7 oz. shredded cheese (mozzarella, Swiss cheese, Italian mix, whatever you prefer)

16 oz. sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Use your favorite pizza dough recipe, or buy premade pizza shells


Start with making your favorite Pizza dough and spread over a baking sheet, or use round pizza dough shells on an oven rack.

Peel the potatoes and slice in thin slices and blanch for a few minutes.

Cut the Black Forest Ham into little pieces (½ – ¼ inches), chop the chives and slice the onions into rings.

Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper and put it on the pizza dough. Then sprinkle onions, chives, potatoes and Josef’s Black Forest Ham on top of the sour cream. Cover with shredded cheese.

Bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 F (or according to your favorite pizza dough recipe), until dough is cooked and cheese is melted.
