Made in the St. Galler style, Josef's Swiss Style Bratwurst is made with pork and veal, and contains a special blend of spices combined with milk and egg, giving it an ultra smooth and creamy texture. Traditionally pan-fried but also fantastic grilled. Pairs great with potato salad. A must try - we dare you to find a better one!

As much as I hate to admit, this Swiss style brat is the Filet Mignon of Bratwurst. Best brat I’ve ever had! Thank you to Josef, I will be a consistent order.

I must state that I like Bavarian weisswurst better than the Swiss version taste. This is a finely ground sausage and the veal adds to the flavor. A good version of the Swiss weisswurst.
