Josef's Oktoberfest Bratwurst is one of our top selling brats - which is really saying something, as they are only available seasonally! Made with Pork, Veal, fresh Parsley, and classic European spices, these brats are super creamy with a mild, pleasing flavor. You'll be singing its praises long after the season is over - but stock up, because they aren't around for long!
Traditionally prepared by simmering in liquid - such as water or your favorite lager, but are also fantastic grilled over a low, indirect flame.
