A traditional Swiss pork dried salami, Landjäger is a relatively mild treat, seasoned with garlic, assorted spices and wine. Originating in Switzerland as a hunter's sausage due to its portability and stable shelf life (no refrigeration needed), this sausage makes an excellent take along snack for long hikes, fishing, hunting or boating trips.

It also makes a great complement to any charcuterie board! Each 4 ounce package contains 2 sticks.

Found this in a little cheese shop in Sugar Hill, NH. So disappointed we only got one!!! Best meat sticks we’ve ever had. Searched for Josef’s and found them! But they’re out of stock ?

Landjager is a family favorite, and usually found at the Germany butcher. However, Josef’s Landjager is far superior to any others we have found locally. We are enjoying these immensely.

Excellent Landjáger, a little shorter and fater than the ones in Switzerland but the flavor is wonderful.
