Knackwurst

The Knackwurst, or "crack sausage" is named for the distinctive cracking sound you hear when biting into these plump sausages. A mild, versatile sausage that is excellent served alone or with sauerkraut on a bun. Contains beef and pork, seasoned with garlic and onion. Natural hardwood smoked and fully cooked.

Approximately 4 knackwurst come in each 1 lb. package.
