Finger Lakes Wine Sausage

A tribute to the scenic Finger Lakes region of New York State, this sausage is a blend of pork, veal, and some of the regions' fine white wines. To this we add light seasonings to come up with a fresh yet fulfilling result. Perfect on it's own, or also a great compliment to a summer salad.
