Made in the Austrian tradition, this pork and beef salami (formally referred to as Kantwurst) is shaped into its famous squared form, seasoned with garlic and smoked with natural hardwoods for a rich, distinctive flavor.

Each 3 oz. package contains approximately 20 thinly sliced pieces packaged by hand to ensure maximum flavor and presentation.

A good solid salami,, but limited to four stars as there are other competitive products on the market. Of course lots of inferior ones also.
