Black Forest Ham – Sliced

Originally named for, and originating in the large forested mountain range in southwestern Germany, our Black Forest Ham is slow smoked over natural hardwoods to create its subtle and distinct flavor. It's excellent sliced thin and eaten in sandwiches or as an option on a charcuterie tray with fruits and cheeses.
